Fish And Re-Scaping Tank!

I want to re-scape my tank and I'm just wondering if putting my fish in a 12 L bucket with a heater for an hour would be ok whilst I  make changes. And would the fish suffer in anyway after the changes with water conditions like cloudy water?

It depends on the size and amount of the fish. But assuming your not putting  fish that's too big for the bucket you should be ok for some hours. 
I have done it before to my fish to move house, it was done with no heater for transport and for a couple of hours and they did not die.

There's 4 ottos 8 rasbora and a zebra snail

Its ok. Remember to use tank water for the bucket.
Like i said for a couple of hours there is no problem.
