Hi. I'm quite new to the hobby. I have a fluval flex 57 litre tank setup. I have had live plant in my aquarium since I decorated it from day one which was about 8 months ago but now the plants look like they might be struggling abit. I'm guessing the plants have used all the nutrients that were in the soil but now they need a boost. I have purchased some Seachem florish tablets but I have no idea how to use them. If anyone can give me some pointers that would be greatly appreciated. I have 3 sterbai corydoras and a betta in the tank. He's called tyrion. I named him after a popular game of thrones character. Lol. He is a BIG character though. I have attached some pics aswell. Thanks.

Just push the tabs into the substrate near the roots of the heavy feeding plants.

It looks from the photos as though you have some long stems floating on the surface. Depending on what they are, they may need a liquid feed as some plants take in fertiliser through their leaves.
