First Planted Tank

i have been thinking and I am going to turn my 20 gallon tank into a planted tank. Recently I moved my turquoise severum into the 20 because the firemouth was getting a bit aggressive. so i am going to have to wait a few months until i can do this, but i am going to start planning it out.

the plants i want to use are:
dwarf hairgrass as a carpet
ludwigia repens as a mid tank plant towards the right side
potamogeton gayi mixed all through out the middle and back of the tank

i don't know much about planted tanks so any other suggestions will be greatly appreciated

the fish i want to have are:
black neon tetra x6
harlequin rasbora x6
amano shrimp x8

what do you guys think, should i add, take off anything?

You'll probably need to increase the plants a bit to fill out a 20g.

What are your plants lighting wise? That'll pretty much determine what you can and can not have in the tank.

i am going to get lighting that is at least 3 watts per gallon, but I dont know much about lighting either
