nice first scape.
only thing i would do is move your plant to the right side near the lava rock.
my eyes were drawn to the plant and should been drawn to rocks
plant in middle just looks out of place ...nice open area in middle would look awesome
 
just my 2 cents. if you like way it is great as you are the one looking at it every day.
thought i give you an idea to try thats all

Great first scape but what is this site for if not learning I agree with zoopkamol but I also think you should remove a slight amount of the rocks you have at the back it looks a bit crowded to me but otherwise great scape and I love the plant as zoopkamol said its your tank do what u feel happy with this is just what we would do
