Firetail Gudgeons

I just got back from a field trip and brought back with me some firetail gudgeons

This picture doesn't really show the redness of the tail, nor the white tracing in the fins. They are quite an attractive fish

and before anyone takes me to task again for collecting native fish

You'll see I am allowed to have 20 firetail gudgeons in my possession.

Looks like a gorgeous fish! You're so lucky to have nice fish swimming around you Far as I'm aware, all we have here is either horrible or waaay too big to ever be kept in a tank. Very lucky
