2 cockatoo cichlids,
7 cardinals,
2 popendetta furcatta
4 denisonii barbs,
2 german rams,
2 electric blue rams,
1 african dwarf frog,
1 bristlenose plec
1 hong kong plec
2 amano shrimp

A lot of cichlids there. Hopefully you won't have territorial problems. Also the shrimp will become fish food when the cichlids get bigger. Be warned!

At least two pairs of cichlids too many and nowhere near enough forktail rainbows (P.Furcata).

I think your Kribensis will cause you problems and i have no ideawhat Cupid cichlids are? Do they have a proper name?

OP; your stocking's not to my liking; I'd have put only one species (either a pair or a trio) of cichlid in there; I think that amount might cause you big problems in the future. The kribs are almost certainly going to be too big and bolshy for the rams, for a start.
They're all pretty territorial, even peaceful cichlids need their space, especially if some of them decide to spawn.

I'd have stuck to a larger number of one species of shoaler too; the fish are much happier and you get a much more impressive, natural looking display.

Arent those frogs advised to not be put in tanks that are normal or tall cuz they have a hard time swimming to the top to get air all the time? I thought I read you need a lower water level for them. Something to think about/research

The dwarf frog should not be in water deeper than 14" - there is a greater risk of stress/illness and eventual death from having to constantly struggle up for air.

Also, I do not recommend them being kept with any species of cichlid
