My last inhabitants for this tank. A pair of Blue Rams. They haven't coloured up much yet, but they've only been in for 48hrs, so I need to feed them up a bit. [Please excuse the awful shot of the male, with reflection!]

One thing that I didn't expect is the attention the male Ram is getting from my female (90% sure), Peacock Goby (Tateurndina ocellicauda). The male isn't phased, and the female ignores her. They make an odd trio wandering around the tank. Anybody who can hazard a guess as to why this might be happening?

I got some footage, below, unfortunately my focusing skills are none existent but it gives you the general idea:

As requested, full tank shots will be along shortly, I need to do a water change, maintenance, and clean the glass first. I'm a bit too houseproud!

Oooh I love Blue Rams but I can't keep them alive unfortunately :(
They are great little fish (apart from their sensitivity to water conditions). I had a female once and within a day of getting her she would come up to the surface of the tank whenever I went near it wanting food.
Enjoy them :)

I'm afraid mine don't come up to the surface just yet, but maybe with a bit of training they will...

Anyway, here are some tank shots:

1 face on -

and 1 side(ish) on, with the curved corners of the tank you get a bit of doubling though -

I really should borrow a tripod and spend a few hours getting some decent pics. The fish definitely know when I have a camera in my hand, so I guess I should get them used to it! :D

P.S. This was immediately after rooting around in the substrate/repositioning a couple of plants/water change. Hence the cloudiness. That has now cleared.
