Fin rot?

Does this look like fin rot or just damaged fins? If so what should I do???


It did not look like that before and I noticed some yesterday but even more tdy.

Tank size: 37
No aggressive tank mates
Water parameters: 0 ammonia and nitrite

There’s white on the tips as well


Also random question: will fritz maracyn oxy kill snails?

Keep a close eye on him. If the fin continues to disappear then it is more than likely fin rot and I would then ask for further help
