Filter Water Skin

I have an interpet River reef 94ltr.

Im getting a skin build up on the surface of the water behind the wall where all the filtration takes place.

This is new, I've had oil on the surface but never this skin. I've been treating the water for fin rot, is this the cause?

What did you use to treat the fin rot? Also could you get some pics of it? It could be off of the plastic they use now which gets this white film of slime over it.

That sounds about right.

I cant get pictures on no, had to revert to my retro D500 phone.

I'm using King Rot fin and Fungus control.

The slime isnt in the tank itself, just behind the wall where all the filter media is.
