Filter Set Up

Hi i am a new member so forgive me if i struggle a bit with this. I am quite new to fish keeping and have a 90 ltr tank with a fluval 3 plus internal filter,can anyone please help as to what is the best way to set up the filter pads,iedo you put a carbon pad between the sponges or on their own same with the polishing pads,i have 2 of these filters in my tank. Thanks

do not use carbon, its useless....

the only filter media needed is foam/sponge/wool/ or bio balls
