Filter Problems

I have a Topfin power filter in my aquarium and it's doing a horrible job. It manages to stir up any food the fish don't eat but does a crap job of actually sucking up the waste...

Any suggestions for a better filter?

Fluval u series works well. If you can fit an external filter then this would be your best option.
