Filter media question

Where should i put my juwel filter media in an external eheim to seed the filter?

The bottom half or the top half of the filter or does it not matter?

put it in with the biological media which in my case is in the top basket.

What Juwel tank and what eheim filter? (Not that I can improve the answer above - just curious).

currently running the Juwel and and eheim ecco 2234(?) - the one with three media compartments, in a Juwel vision 180. Very impressed with the water clarity etc. Would love to remove the juwel filter and replace with another external!

For My Fish,

The juwel tank is a Rio 125 and the Eheim i am using is the Eheim pro2 2026. Its a lot of filtration for a small tank but it saves me upgrading to a bigger filter if i ever get a larger tank.

Edit: when i moved my tank i could only find 12 neons instead of 13 which i should have.
