Filter Goes White

Hi all
Every time i do a water change my internal filter gets white stuff over it.My water tests are fine with ammonia 0 nitrite 0 and nitrate 20 and ph 7.6.
I know the water is hard in are area but the filter going white happens all the time.

Any idea . Thanks

do the suckers on the heat, filter ect do this aswell ? mine did/do i would like to know why aswell

In all likelihood it is hard water residue, mostly limestone (calcium carbonate).

yer all of it and takes about a day or 2 to clear.
