Filter Floss

Is this what I need to use to get my water crystal clear and "polish it"? If so where do I get it and anyone got any idea how to put in the Fluval U2?

It's peeing me off now, my tank's been running with fish for what 3 months? Stats are good and I don't overfeed but it still seems to have very fine particles in it. Which I think comes from my tap water.

Is this the stuff I need?

I don't think it'll really work with a fluval internal filter? I think activated carbon is a better bet anyway! with filter floss too..

But don't all tanks have some fine particles in?

Oh god do they? I knew I should have just got one of those fake tanks and fish from a toy shop!

Well... I don't think so? plenty of people leave activated carbon in. I just bonds with chemicals and holds them. Its good for clearing water but it won't remove bits from the water, some floss may work but I think it would be quite hard with the fluval internal filters as they are pretty full already

what are the little particles? I have tiny little things floating around in my water but only if you look carefully so not sure I'm thinking of the same thing as you

I THINK it's minera's/calcium. Something like that.
