What gets me is how the hell did it survive going through the impeller, all the wizzing and twirlling, lol, glad to see he ok and out and about!

I have found half a batch of cockatoo fry in an extrnal and when I put them back with their siblings they were bigger and they had been getting daily feeds of live food and the others must have been eating whatever was in the filter.I have found platy and swordtail fry in filters before too.

That is crazy!! Good ending though....i wonder how his eyes reacted to light after being in the dark so long.

I like the look of that fish, what is it? Hes changed colour alot since inside that glass!!

I think its a Lombardoi which, if you are not familiar with African cichlids is a mbuna from Lake Malawi.
He was totally white in the sink but it looks as though he has earnt his stripes in the main tank!
