Just got a glass one from AE along with 4dkh solution however when Im trying to fill it there is always a bubble in the ball end which stops the liquid going right in. The solution simple stops in the neck of the drop checker. Anyone else have this problem? How do I get round it? Ive spent the last hour trying and have came to the conclusion: nothing is ever simple.

I use a pipette to inject the solution into the bell part that seems to work.

I use a syringe that came with an inkjet refill kit which also has an 8cm blunt tube needle. I use another one on my dosing (otherwise I can't reach the middle of the 2 litre bottle)

Brilliant guys, thanks. Thats exactly what I was thinking but was just wondering if there was an easier way. I use 5ml Syringes for dosing ferts and testing the water but I'll go to the hardware shop tomorrow and see what I can pick up.
