Female Guppies Keep Dying

So you are buying the female guppys when they look skinny?

Being skinny can be the fish is starving and not be fed enough, internal parasites, fish tb, bacterial.

I would stop buying females from the same lfs as there something wrong with them.

No, when i get them they look fine.

But I have noticed on some (not all) that they look slim before dying -- within 48 hrs. None have survived more than that. Usually swimming at the top and have stopped eating. My guess is fish are extremely stressed by that time.

Looks like i have to find a new lfs. Like people have suggested their water chemistry might be very different than what I have at home.

i appreciate all the suggestions.

I think I would worm your fish. it's best to worm fish anyway.

I've never had any luck with guppys from the lfs.
If you really want to keep them I would try an find a good breeder of them.

Sorry I didn't understand. What do you mean by "worm your fish"?. How do you worm fish? Do I medicate them?

Thanks
