Some of you may have seen my posts here before and know my situation. Basically a year ago I bought a tank off a friend at work that no longer wanted fish. Ive had a few problems with the tank due to the type of fish, amount of males together in the tank and the size of the fish. Ive tried to give them a good home but its taking far too much spare time up so im getting rid of the fish and tank over the next couple of months.
My nearest maidenhead has agreed to take the cichlids and plec off me for nothing (There was a thread up on here), the clown loaches will be next for sale and I havent decided whats happening with the Bristlenose and the tiger barbs yet so that leaves the frontosa.
She has been the pride and joy of the tank over the last year and the sole reason ive kept this tank going for so long (after the lobster died). I would say she is about 4/5 inches long and 2 inches high and ive never seen her be aggressive. She does like to constantly move substrate around into massive piles though
.
I know a price I want to sell her for in my head but I would rather see her go to a great home for cheaper than that then hold out for someone that is willing to pay the price but may not know what they are doing, for that reason Ive not put a price on here for now. She is a medium size fish but will grow much bigger (I would say a 4ft tank is the minimum).
