Can i feed my Betta and Cory's with pea (once a week)?

Yes, feeding the inside of the pees every week is actually pretty good if you choose to do this, it helps to reduce bloat and increase digestion.

I would feed them daphnia rather than peas, since both the betta and cories need more protein based foods.

Yeah I feed mine daphnia once a week. They go mad for it.
