How often do i need to feed the fish i have got 6 rainbow and 4 panda cory i was told twice aday and as much as they can eat in 15mins, but in the morning they don't seem to bother with the food.

You are feeding far too much if you are waiting and hoping they can eat it all in 15 minutes. At once a day, I only feed what I know will be gone in 1 or 2 minutes. If they are left a bit hungry today, they will eat better tomorrow and the couple of minutes seems to take care of the fish's needs.

Yeah I have to agree with OldMan47 there. 15 minutes is a very long time for the fish to eat, espically twice a day! If you do want to feed twice a day then little and often. As much as they can eat in 1 minute tops - 2 minutes if you feed once a day.
Try to avoid falling in the trap of feeding the tank until every fish has eaten as you will overfeed badly.
Remember, your feeding the filter, not the fish, so your looking to feed as much as the filter can handle while still providing enough nutrients for the fish.

You will have to be careful that the Corys get their fair share - rainbow fish are greedy and snatch up everything before it hits the bottom!
