Feeding Tropical Fish Earthworms..good Or Bad?

I heard its healthy? Is this true or false? Will it ruin my cycle? Red Tetras and Mollies? Will it "Uck" up my water?

Bad. I wouldn't do it, just get proper food instead

I dont think mollies and tetras would be able to eat it anyway.
I feed earthworms to my fish every now and again but I buy them from bait shops.
