Hey nice video. I am a beginner and have a few questions. If you don't mind... lol

Do you feed the fish, like that, to keep the feeding under control? Meaning, u know exactly who is eating and how much?
Also, how long did it take you to "train" the fish to come and get the food. Obviously they aren't too scared of you or your fingers. LOL. I think it's a great video. thanks!
