Feeding Pellets Type Food...

When I feed the likes of Nutrafin my fish seem to like sucking it in, chewing it a bit then spittin some out with the result that I always seem to get a dust covering the gravel and in the water itself. I've read a few posts on people making their own mixes for feeding and I noticed some use gelatine to bind them, if a crushed the pellets and moulded them into blocks with gelatine do you think that would help elimanate the mess?

just get a good quality pellet like hilraki, cichlids are nutirous for spitting out food from mouth and gills thats just cichlids,

yeah i have the same problem, my personal cure is a lot of bottom feeders, they follow my GT round like a train lol

Yup bottom feeders will clean that up. Cichlids are messy fish it's just what they do.
