Feeding Corydoras

My Cories ove JMC catfish pellets. But they took a while to come out when I fed the rest of the fish. If they are not eating you would probably notice them not looking so great, but if they look healthy they should be fine!!! It might be worth getting some catfish pellets and see if they like them! They are quite cheap!!!

I feed algae wafer to my cories, and they seen to feel or smell the food, cause they can be hidden but as soon as wafer is in the water they go out looking for it.

I think some corys take longer to settle in and lose their shyness than others - my bandits and pandas are only just starting to come to the front of the tank with the outrageously outgoing albinos and peppereds, and I've had them for almost 3 months. They used to flee when anyone went near, bless them.

They love algae wafers and Hikari sinking wafers but I don't give them every day as it takes them all day to eat one algae wafer between 9 of them, the rest of the time they have a small amount of flake most days, and occassional peas and frozen stinky food. I try to snap the algae wafers into halves or quarters but they're so hard I really need a hammer in my aquarium kit!
