Feeding Brichardi

I have a question for all you other fishkeepers. Should I feed brichardi or fish in general on the night that they are added to the tank?

I've found cichlids to be greedy little buggers that will happily chow down shortly after being introduced to the tank, including those that have been shipped. They are very food oriented.

Standard community fish I usually wait overnight, most of them are pretty skittish when first introduced IMO.

i read somewere to wait 24h before feeding after adding new arrivals. i sometimes do, sometimes dont depending on how they're getting on.
