WOW. All I can say.
I wonder how many babies there are inside her. Hopefully, she'll let them go, because maybe they are already growing inside of her and they can't get out.

If I were the owner of that guppy, I think I'd be euthanising it, and attempting some kind of fish caesarian.

That fish is not pregnant and probably doesn't have a single live fry in her in that state- she's very sick, most likely a tumor or a disorder like the building up of fluid inside the body, either way she'll die and needs to be euthanised before then as it will be cruel letting her live in that state, who ever the owner of this fish may be- also it you look carefully at the bottom pick her scales have started to pine cone in the lower areas of her body from the bloating, i.e dropsy .

I agree with Toxis, that's not pregnancy, that's a problem. Pregnancy won't make their stomach lumpy like that, and it also stays more contained towards the back, if you know what I mean. That fish is fat up to her head, and pregnancy wouldn't do that.

I feel sorry for her...if she's still alive, she must be in a lot of discomfort.
