Fat Molly,is She Pregnant?

Totally new to the game & I have bought four silver mollys 1 male 3 females of which 1 is really fat.
Is she having young if so how long will she take?
What should I look out for?

Most likely she's pregnant. If she isn't not, she will be soon with the male in there. Their gestation period is 4-6 weeks, so sometime within then. Without seeing her, I couldn't tell you how long from now.

Are you asking about labor signs? If so, hiding, chasing other fish, staying in one place while swimming, and eating more/less are general signs. Keep in mind, your's might not show all, or even any of these. All fish are different.
