FAO: DIY CO2 guys

I was just wondering what methods you use to keep the amount of co2 stable? I've been using it for a while now and the pH hasn't exactly been what i'd call stable - are there any tried and tested methods of keeping the injection amount constant?

There's no way to keep your pH level "stable" when using DIY CO2. However, if you have a healthy planted tank, you can't really "overdose" with DYI CO2, anyways. How much light are you running? Are you keeping any "sensative" fish?
