Hey for the past few days he hasnt been eating, hes not bloated or anything like that

but his colouring is off, on his belly its a pale pink instead of his dark purple

not had chance to check water, but my water is always spot on and he only had a water change yesterday

Should i Quarentine him, and treat him with a broad spectrum anti internal?

I would check your water stats.
Being pale and not eating can be a sign of a bacterial infection.
Any fish stressing him out.
