Afternoon all...hope this thread finds you all well.

My younger cousin, through every support from myself, now officially has the tropical fish tank bug...he has had my old 30L tank for a number of months now, and as he has built up his knowledge of water testing/changing, feeding, general maintenance and fishkeeping, he has decided to take his new found hobby to the next level,a 110L tank... :good:

The tank 'kit' includes an internal filter (unsure what type exactly), and i have recommended he looks into buying a small external filter. I am running a Fluval 205 on my 120L tank, which is more than adequate filtration, so i was wondering if anyone could recommend a similiar filter for his tank..?

Any replies highly appreciated,

Terry.

Fluval 205 will be more than enough.

Tom

Thank you Tom, although i am completely happy with my Fluval 205, i have read a few conflicting reports on here over the months stating that there are, in fact, much more reliable models available at a lesser price..although he isn't really goverened by a budget as such, if there is a good filter out there that will cost him less then i shall try my best to recommend that one to him.
Appreciate the reply.

Terry.
