A long time since a reply but what the hey. I just wanted to tell you i saw a lady at a fair last weekend on a store, in which you can thow 4 darts at 3 cards if sucsesful you won a goldfish. So i geuss its not ilegal?
P.S: My goldfish won of a fair (as shown in avatar) is still alive and healthey.
