Open an ebay account and sell them on ebay... you might find they sell quickly and you should be able to make a nice profit. Look at other sellers to get an idea of prices.

Ask someone else if they would let you sell some on Facebook marketplace under their name since you dont have a Facebook.

Around here they sell faster on offerup and marketplace than Craigslist but it's different in different places
