I went to petsupermarket the other day...and they had a tank with two adult fish in it. There was a female guppy (Or maybe it was a female endler?) and what looked like an endler. They were listed as "Fire Nuts" Does anyone know what those would be? And there was also like 3 tons of fry in the tank. Should I take the fry? I have a spare tank.

I like that name. I think I'll have to change my signature lol! And yes, the female endlers look quite like guppies, only a little plainer. IMO, you should definitely go for them... they are truely little gems and, unlike guppies, rarely eat their fry so you could even keep a substantial colony of them in a 10 or 20 gallon tank!

They sound like some fun little fish. If they were even possibly endlers, it would make that claim, but even a nice guppy, without the long fins of the fancy ones, is a beautiful fish. I would pick up 6 or 7 of the fry if you can get them cheap and grow them out to see what you get.
