I have recently added some male endlers to my community set up which already included some female guppies. As I have never seen the outcome of such a cross, what is the likely result of this (will the fry be distinguishable from regular guppies?) and how likely is breeding between the two to occur ?

Hi, there is currently another thread about the same thing going.

You might like to take a look :)

You can spot a guppy endler cross pretty easily. The fry with the vivid colors will be the ones with some endler in them. Unless you have been unusually fortunate, the "endlers" that you have are already crosses with guppies. I breed wild type endlers and all I ever see, outside of my own fish, are hybrids. Almost any endler being sold that does not have a pedigree is a hybrid, especially one that you find in a pet shop.
