Elodea Crispa

I have tons of this in my pond, anyone tried it in a tropical aquarium?

Elodea does well in the aquarium setting. I've got it going mad in my shrimp tank. Be mindful of the temp though. It seems to die off at 78 degree Fahrenheit or higher. It does really well in temperate tanks. And actually I saw a bunch of it growing wild in this documentary about freshwater eels (which I couldn't finish because it was about eating eels, not their life cycles and such), it was a neat image. Anyway, yeah, elodea is really easy to keep in a tank. You can float it or plant it. It doesn't seem to mind either way.
