Electric Yellow Cichlid

Hi was down at my local pets at home today not my usual place to go but was passing so went in. I was told that Electric Yellow Cichlid can only be kept by themselves as they are very teratorial is this correct cheers

Not exatly. With them being cichlids they aren't community fish but they can be kept with others from lake Malawi.

Electric Yellow Cichlids (Labidochromis caeruleus) are one of the mbuna (rock-dwelling) cichlids of Lake Malawi, Africa. While L.caeruleus are one of the more peaceful mbuna species they are still too aggressive to be kept with "standard" community fish.
