good evening, I have not had any luck at all with any GBRs. Do you breed for healthy strains or just a hobby? I only ask because the next purchase I make I want to try to improve my success rate with limited inbreeding.

I breed as a hobby and also heathy ones. I don’t inbreed after F3. And I add new line

my current electric blue rams are F1 from my breeder pair.

I also have gold and pitch black rams

Good to know! I wanted to be sure this wasn’t someone breeding a couple rams from Petsmart. Any chance you are in South Jersey? Could be just a drive for me. What are the prices of your black and gold as well? I’m not a fan of the black but a fellow aquarist friend of mine has been talking about the black rams.

I live in Hammonton. I don’t need a breeding pair but would like to purchase 2 make and 2 female if you have them. The stress of just keeping the rams alive has been enough for me without adding raising fry. if you are available Saturday morning, I would like to pick them up how ever you want to do it. I’m not sure if I can post my phone number here but here it is.
I will find out about the black rams by tomorrow to see if he is interested. Also, if these work well, and you breed the blue rams, please let me know. Thank you again for the quick response. let me know your PH, temp and nitrates. I want to have their tank at the right parameters before the acclimation.

I am selling black rams. I use tap water treat with prime. Ph 7-7.2. They are tank raise so they adopted to tap water with no problem. They are confirm pair. They are still young to call proven pair. If that ok let me know

The pic is the parents. And other pic is the juv from this pair. If you would get the pair it will be fine the juv. They are 3-4 months now. And started to color up and pair
