Ei Dosing Safe For Discus?

As the title says people, I'm planning an upgrade to a custom 450L and going with Discus and just wanna make sure before I go ahead as otherwise dosing all in one ferts will cost a mint?

I have carried on with EI but halved the dose that I was originally using. I am now gradually increasing towards what it was whilst keeping my eyes peeled for any ill-effects on the discus.

The plants have suffered a little (but are starting to look a little better!)

I am 3/4 dose of ferts now and fish seem ok on it.
