Eheim Sludge Extractor?

Saw this thing while trying to find the best deal on a python hose.

Curious to if anyone has any exp with it. If it worked I think it would be a nice in between water change (daily maybe?) way to keep things looking clean. But if it just stirs the crap up.. why bother lol

I got one. I didn't like it to start with as it made my water cloudy, as the fine mess can escape through the mesh. But it does get the larger mess nicely and the cloudyness soon goes after going through the filter. If you have plecco or other messy fish I can reccomend it. It's very easy to use and clean out. It's good for deep tanks and you can remove a section for not so deep tanks.
