Eheim Pro 2 2028 Is There A Bit Missing ?please Help

hello has any body got one of these filters is there suppose to be a plastic connector under the motor head?? mine came without one and the parts diagram shows one

If you mean part number 7342200 then yes mine has this, it's so the motor heads sits down on the baskets in the seal.

thanks for reply ,yes thats the part mines missing does this push into the rubber seal at the top of the media basket and then in the hole on the under side of the pump head next to the impeller

It pushes into the pump housing (thick side of connector) then as you put the top on it just slots into the rubber

thanks for that ive just ordered one online ,i think thats why it wasnt syphoning properly allso the plunger was very stiff so i stripped it down quite easy really and applyed some vasiline to the rubber seal on the plunger its loosened it up a treat .tip to any one reading this dont buy other peoples second hand #### off ebay its just cost me £20 on missing parts i only paid £55 for it so its now i know why it was cheap .wish i had just bought a new one
