Eheim Ecco 2234 Pipe Size?

Anyone what size the tubing is on an Ecco 2234?

It has 12/16 stamped on the existing tubing, which i understand means 12mm internal / 16mm external diameter.

I presume that i can purchase 12mm tubing and that will be ok?

As long as it's drinking water safe, and is 12mm i.d., it should work.
