Not used the tank, but 1st 4 aquatics is a brilliant online store. Ordered an Tetatec EX1200 filter from them on a Friday evening some weeks ago, with free delivery, and it showed at 7am on the Monday following They also tell you the status of your order throughout, so you are up-to-date with the happeings. I was very impressed and will be going back again
