wouldnt like to comment on the rock i dont have any experience with malawi or tangs i only keep soft water speciesKewl you must be really excited, any updates on them are they swimming around? I didn't bid on those on ebay as I have decided to keep my cichlids and also filled the whole tank out with which I think is Ocean Rock, here is my topic with pictures and do you know if these are ocean rocks because there are different types of rock there to the looks of it.

yeah there swimming now think theres about 15
just did a proper head count and theres 9
Thats really good they are free swimming and hope you successfully keep all 9 of them alive, I found 7 African Kenyi cichlids in my tank and caught them all, I'm pretty sure about 99% I know who the daddy is. It had been over 3 weeks and 2 died since but now its been near 2 months and still got the 5 babies still living well. Hopefully soon when they get to 2cm will be putting them in the bigger tank.
