Eggs???

so I looked in my tank today and noticed what looks like tiny grains of rice in a bunch of places in my tank some which I'll post a picture of we're on the stalk of one of the plants. But they are also just kind of scattered all over on the wood, the glass, just kinda everywhere. I have panda corydoras, neo caridina shrimp, neon tetras, cardinal tetras, and nerite snails in this tank. Can anyone tell me what these are???

Look like Nerite Snail eggs - they won't hatch in freshwater and they annoyingly are hard to get rid of, not easy to scrape off...
