It's the mom... I've got a semi-dead beat dad He's out and about, but does come back to attack our tetras when they get too close.

Yep, Bolivian Rams (female is the only one pictured). The eggs are still there, the female is fanning them and has been since some time yesterday. She and the male do occasionally switch places though, so she can swim around a bit. It's really entertaining to watch
