Eggs! Unexpected! And...girl Bubblenest?

okay so i am conditioning one of my girls and i turn around and see white dots!! and she picks them up and blows bubbles at the surface like a male??!!!!!!!??

she is like she has both parts!!

she layed them then made a nest for them!! she sees the male and he looks mad......

but they arent fertile what is she doing?? should i let her do this?? and when i breed her let her be the father? just because of experience?? she is doing goood!! it is weird!! i am freaked out!!

Sounds like she got too excited and released the eggs too soon, then panicked and tried to build a nest for them. Remove the eggs (obviously they won't hatch and it could make her sick if she eats the lot) and re-condition. Major bummer- this just happens sometimes and it ALWAYS sucks.

ookay..... well when the eggs started to fal she ate them, i guess she got impatient and didnt want to put them in her nest again?......what do i do?? how sick can she get from them?

recondition? this was the last day of conditioning!! she is impatient!!
(i know u arent supposed to let the pair see each other durring conditioning, they didnt untill today,the last day)


the poor boy looks so depressed now
