I don't see why you are complaining about this? TOS in ebay states they do not need to refund postage costs so you are quite lucky there giving you anything.

I'm just asking for verification. If the rules clearly state that sellers are not obliged to refund postage, so be it. Also, I'm not 'lucky' because shrimps have clearly arrived dead. I would have preferred if 10 arrived well. In addition, there were flaws with the way in which the item was packed. So, frankly, it was mostly their fault. Again, if that is the case, I have nothing against it. I just want to gain more knowledge when faced with issues like this so that I will know the appropriate way of dealing with it.

Would you be so kind as to include and point out the EBAY TOS you got this from?

Thanks

I understand that it's not your fault that there dead, Most sellers will list they will refund you the cost for any DOA if you take a photo of the box with the dead fish/shrimp.

But as a ebay seller you are not inclined to refund postage, only the listing cost. If you with to take it further I suggest you open a case against them but it's highly unlikely they'll do anything about it.

I've been selling on ebay for 5 years now and I got to grips of how the system works, They prefer sellers to buyers as they gain more money off them ,it's sad but yea.

Anyway I wish you luck with this, It's quite unfair and I know how cruddy it is to get dead live stock

Hello - I'm sorry, I'm not at liberty to say due to confidentiality. I'm sure it's just a matter of luck. Mine happened to arrive damaged but it's fine - hopefully they will breed insanely! Haha

Anyways, you can send a private message to me regarding the shrimp you will want to buy from ebay and I will let you know if it is him! But just check their feedback, usually, it speaks for itself! Hopefully you won't face the same fate as I had!
