hello

I've recently (two weeks ago) added some vallis to my tank. The roots are growing nicely but I've noticed that some of the leaf tips have started to turn transparent....I guess this is called 'melt'? As I dose TPN+ and easycarbo I did some reading and found that vallis may be sensitve to the easycarbo, but there seems to be a lot of conflicting info out there.

Does anyone know if this is true or not? Should I just stop dosing the easycarbo? I only have vallis, cabomba and anubias nana in the tank so nothing that would demand C02 injection.

something else I'd like to ask.....I've read that running an airstone will gass off a lot of the C02 in the tank. Is the same true if you run a venturi on your filter?
