out of small Barbs , Small Tetras , Small Rasbora and Small Danios which is the easiest to breed?

probably danios. Zebra danios are pretty easy to breed. White cloud minnows too, but I'm not sure which category those go into

Usually male Zebra Danios spawn with and remain loyal to one female. The pair should be placed in an aquarium to themselves that contains a well planted area. Roughly 300-400 eggs are produced and hatch within two days. From what I've seen there's no "pre spawning" that you'll notice, they'll just begin to spawn when ready. The female will lay eggs as the male follows behind her fertilizing them.

a 10 gallon with just basic filtration. Add some java moss or you can use a mop. You might need a separate fry tank.
