dying angelfish

I woke up this morning with one of my angelfish lying down the gravel... I thought it was dead but it's not.. the fish could swim but it was obvious that it was having difficulties. The only thing I noticed is that its eyes are a little bulged compare to other angels. I don't think it's goin to last for long... My water is perfectly fine.. pH= 7.4, ammonia= 0 , nitrite= 0.1 mg/L Anyway,are there any medications?

When you have nitrite 0 mg /l, it is beeter. Now it is something else than "perfectly fine".

It could be some parasites, fungus or tuberculous. Best thing is to put the fish down. (Sharp knife, scissors...)
